V2.0 Product Promotional Video
I was assigned to create a promotional video which gave a quick overview of DeepDive's features and capabilities. So, I took most of the snippets here from the product's UI and animated it those using Adobe After Effects. For storyboarding initially, I took reference from SaaS promo videos in YouTube and subtle animations from Jitter.
This project took a week to complete, including time for receiving feedback and iterations.

Risk Monitoring - Flagged Content for Review

Flagged Content for Review – Case Study
Problem
Businesses face constant risks on social media, from scams and phishing attempts to hate speech and harassment that can damage their reputation. Monitoring these issues manually is time-consuming and often overwhelming.
Goal
Design a feature that helps businesses identify, review, and act on harmful content related to their brand in a way that’s clear, actionable, and efficient.
Process
Research & Inspiration: Studied existing brand monitoring tools and user pain points to understand how businesses currently handle flagged content.
Information Architecture: Defined categories such as Scam, Phishing, Hate Speech, Harassment, and more to ensure clarity and quick recognition.
User Flow: Designed a notification-to-dashboard flow: users receive alerts → access a detailed review dashboard → take actions (review, report, dismiss).
UI Decisions: Prioritized readability with clear categorization, color-coded severity levels, and easy filtering to reduce cognitive load.
Iteration: Refined based on feedback to balance urgency with usability, ensuring the dashboard feels actionable without overwhelming the user.
Solution
The Flagged Content for Review feature provides businesses with:
Proactive alerts when harmful content is detected.
A centralized dashboard to view, categorize, and prioritize flagged activities.
Seamless reporting tools for quick action across platforms.

DeepDive V2.0 Rebranding

Essentially, this rebranding effort took place to redesign DeepDive's previous logo which did not appear "professional" and "contemporary" to AI based SaaS applications. The company wanted the new logo to imply listening and have a similar water droplet shape as the previous logo.
